Return & Refund Policy

At Movelace, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations, returns, and refunds. Please read this document carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once your cancellation request is verified and processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return policy upon receipt of the item.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item, excluding original shipping and handling fees (unless the return is due to our error). Sale items may only be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be posted to your account. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us immediately with your order details and proof of return shipment. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues promptly.
